- Uzerve may cancel suspicious or fraudulent bookings
5) Payments & Charges

- Payments are processed securely through the platform
- Applicable taxes, platform fees, or convenience charges may be included
- Refund eligibility depends on cancellation and dispute policies
6) Cancellations & Refunds
- Bookings can be canceled before service commencement
- Late cancellations may incur charges
- Refund timelines depend on the payment method
- Completed services are generally non-refundable unless a valid dispute is raised
7) Responsibilities & Conduct
By using Uzerve, you agree to:
- Maintain respectful and professional communication
- Provide accurate service-related information
- Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for service delivery
- Avoid illegal, unsafe, or unethical requests
- Not bypass the platform for direct or repeated off-platform transactions
8) Verification & Trust

However, users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment when engaging in services.
9) Limitation of Liability
Uzerve acts solely as an intermediary platform.

- Damages arising from incorrect or incomplete service details
- Personal disputes beyond platform control

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
